Its been a while!!

Today is sunday!! 6days away from conference viewing. CANT WAIT!!
anyway. Its like 0815hrs now hahha im on the mrt platform waiting for the train. I missed one by 10seconds. How annoying is that man. OKAY and now im on the train.
Yesterday i was thinking how i have not written a post yet since its been some time since my last entry. So yeap thats why im writing this one now.

Update, yesterday, i went to sp at like 1450hrs to have a shoot for sp karate club. Yi yan asked me on friday night if i could shoot for them anot. Apparently its for the poster for the sp cca fair, and this year the poly decided not to help us take pictures. And soooo we're required to submit our own pictures. And thats where i come into the picture.

It rained quite a fair bit, mostly drizzles i reckon, at least by the time that i reached sp. Danielle and yi yan were there already, so we waited for jerome. He reached at 1500hrs. Then POOF suddenly shihan seng appeared. But before that i was browsing through the metal cupboard and taking out the different shirts that i could see (i brought back 4 in the end; 2 dri-fit, 2 cotton; 3 of which are of spkc, the last 1 from sp), and while 'clearing' the cupboard i had to take out some files.

And then yeah shihan seng was there, talking on about the certs and pictures and whatever he could find in one of the files that was on the table. That delayed the shooting by like 20mins there abouts. And danielle didnt say that she needed to go by 1530hrs -.- soon we went off to the plaza and they started coordinating their poses. Walao havent decided yet leh -.- waste time sia. I decided to have them shoot in the rain since it would be *nicer* that way bahhaa. But not much diff lah!!

Danielle ended up leaving at 1550hrs while yi yan, jerome and i remained to continue the shoot. Shihan seng was holding the umbrella for me. Sooo credit to him for that. Anyway. The camera got wet a little (quite a fair bit) cuz he was animating some gestures in the air and so the umbrella would shake, causing the rain collected to drip down onto the camera. Tsktsk. I decided to shelter it with my hand for added protection.

While beginning the shoot, i slipped!! It wasnt embarrasskng or whatever, BUT YEAH I SLIPPED. I had the camera mounted on the tripod already which i carried in my left hand. Then i walked over this rocky floor that had all those tiny tiny pebbles mixed in that greyish cement. No grip whatsoever.

Then bam i fell. I dont recall hiw it happened but im guessing its my right foot that slipped. I /somehow/ managed to fall backwards, and then my left hand and leg broke the fall /i think/. Of course i had my neck tucked in so as to protect my head when i fall backwards - some say they learn it in karate (like me) while others say its natural instinct. But yeah, thats only 3 of the 5 limbs. YES THE HEAD IS A LIMB OKAY. ITS JUST A SPECIAL ONE. I dont know what happened to my right leg. No bruises or whatever, so not important.

Then there's my right hand. The one where my camera+tripod is held in. I suspect the fall was fairly smooth and gentle, since it wasnt thaaaat difficult to keep the camera safe. I managed to keep my arm raised upright, so that it would be super safe and also so that its weight wont affect the direction i fall. Woowoo.

So yeah. Thats how i fell lol. One scratch on my left elbow, and about (i never really got around counting them, waste of time hahahha) 5 cuts near and around the bone below my left knee. Ne of them was significantly deeper than the others, probably /about/ 3mm deep.

Anyway, pictures are to be submitted to the facebook grouo so the club can choose which they want. I have 4. But no i dont really have them. Since i was kinda lazy, after that great accident in school, to do any editting. Its still untouched. I didnt even take the camera out lah. So i'll have to do them later when i reach home. Get the 4 pictures, edit, and the upload.
